- Maximum opening size of 18’ wide x 18’ high (324 sq.ft.)
- Push-up, hand chain and electric operations
- PSF Ratings:
- +35 PSF and -41 PSF for opening widths through 12’
- +35 PSF and -38 PSF for opening widths over 12’ through 16’

- Oil tempered torsion springs conforming to ASTM A229
- 16-gauge, 12” diameter galvanized drum
- Low friction, grease-filled steel ball bearings staked in each drum
- 26 gauge spiral torque tubing that houses axle assembly

- 12 gauge galvanized steel guide, with 11 gauge windlock bar spot welded guide
- Bolt on head stop ¼” thick steel
